Thank you so much for choosing Carpet Suppliers (K) Limited! We’re a home grown Kenyan company and we’re doing our best to connect you to the best quality products wherever possible. There are a few things we need to go over so that all of us are clear on where we stand.

There are a few items which are handmade for you by order. These items will delay your delivery. Based on your request we will provide a tentative delivery time. We’ll also try to ensure we tell you in case there’s going to be a delay.

Finally, and it doesn’t necessarily fit in this section, but we’re growing, and we can’t grow without our wonderful customers. So whenever you have feedback – good or bad – please let us know as it’s the only way we’ll get better! Now on to dot the i’s and cross the t’s below…

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do our best to make sure the items you receive are of the best quality but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we may exchange within 48 hours of your purchase. We ask that you provide us with details about the reason for the refund or exchange and where possible a photo of the item in its condition when delivered to you.
